Reset your password by
providing your Villanova email sign-in Id (eg: jsmith06, ajohnson) or your Villanova ID,
which is an 8 character id (eg: 18700000 or 00002222), in the UserID field;
your birth date(eg: 01/01/1996) in the birthdate field. If the information is correct, you will
be challenged to answer your security question in the security answer field. We encourage you to
set your own security question and answer using Edit Your Account on the homepage.
